supportSHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship from our partnered warehouses & factories located in US & China. Based on the item category and stock availability we choose the nearest warehouse to ship from the place of delivery.

It will usually takes 11-15 (excluding processing time 3-5 days) Business Days for all orders to get delivered. Shipping times may vary from product-to-product based on demand and shipping location.

NOTE: Due to heavy orders of our new collection we are facing delays in our processing time. We do want these beautiful dresses to be stitched carefully and thus we are trying our best to fulfill the orders.Sorry for this inconvenience of delay in-order delivery.  Shipping time can go up to 16-25 days.

Hurray! You’ve made an order, we are glad. Just thinking & knowing your Princess Dress is on its way - now what?

Once an order is placed, our team will carefully collect your dress from our warehouse and package it with love and care, so please allow up to 72 hours for our team to pick and pack your order.

Sometimes there is too much love to put in one parcel so you may get multiple packages from our different fulfilment locations. Not to worry though, they will still be sent at the same time.

Your order will then gently be sent via our delivery partners(or USA Post) and then it should be safely in your patiently waiting hands within 9 -14 business days.

As soon as your order is placed you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us. once the order is processed you will be updated with a tracking number so you can follow this magical journey.

Currently, we are providing FREE DELIVERY on all orders.

The field executive will make no less than 3 attempts to deliver your order to your address. If you wish the order to be delivered at a preferred time or at a later date, please coordinate the same with the field executive/ courier person, when he gets in touch with you. Even if you are unreachable/unavailable to receive the package then the courier person will deliver your package to your mailbox

Our delivery partner is currently experiencing significant delays across the country. This is due to the high volume of parcels being sent in combination with ongoing COVID-19 restrictions/requirements. This is an issue on delivery partner's end, we are unfortunately not in control of any delivery delays or extended processing times on their part. We want to assure you that your order should still get to you safely, there just may be a delay in its arrival.

You can expect delivery of your order on business days. Business days are defined as all working days from Monday to Friday, excluding national and state holidays.

Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders. Please contact us at support@wonderprincess.com if you don't receive one within 24 hours.

Usually it will take between 2-3 business days.

Yay, time to celebrate – it’s on its way! After we pass your order to our delivery partner, we will send you a shipping confirmation email which will have a ‘tracking link’. This will take you directly to the tracking site so you can follow the live tracking updates!

Do contact at support@wonderprincess.com or direct message us via messenger asap, We can absolutely help change this for you! Provided your order has not shipped, please send us the new details and we can change this over for you.

*Please note:We can only send your order to the address you provide on your order - if you have provided an incorrect address, and the package is delivered there, we are unable to retrieve it so please check your address carefully!

These amazing princess dresses are made up of 95% cotton fabrics with some having printed textures and fine glitters & laces which are absolutely not itching and soft for the skin. It's super comfy and easy to care

Have a special someone who you think needs a princess dress? These Princess dresses are the perfect gift! You can ship directly to that lucky girl by entering their address as the shipping address, and your own as the billing address. we don’t include any value invoices inside the bag as any receipts are sent directly to your own email address. It’s that easy!

*Please note: Due to the fact we use external fulfilment partners, we are unable to include messages in the package - we’re sorry! We think sending a Princess dress is a message of love enough though.

All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back, or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking. As we do our best to get your orders out to you as soon as we can, occasionally an order will be processed before the team has a chance to change it. We cannot guarantee a change of order after the order is placed so please select your items carefully.

Another pattern caught your eye? It happens – trust us, our wardrobes are full of them! You can certainly exchange your dress to a new pattern, provided within 30 days.

*Please note:all dresses must be returned in as new condition.

We are working hard behind the scenes to get the dresses in and out of our fulfilment centres. We strongly encourage that you send through a photo of your receipt as proof your return and photo of dress you want to exchange or return. As soon as we have this information, we can action either your exchange or refund immediately.
